For my work, being able to see thumbnails even when the drives are disconnected is extremely important. Facial recognition and the ability to find specific athletes across all my photo archives are also essential features.

Overall, the new offline previews are already a major improvement. Thank you for listening to my feedback and implementing this feature so quickly!

This is exactly what I needed! The athletes and scenes remain recognizable even when the original SSD is disconnected.

I purchased your photo sorter pro and while it does work really well for pictures, I am having a heck of a time sorting and keeping live pictures together.

Every corresponding movie file gets paired with its jpeg and I have not seen the movie file get displaced.

Thank you for building that, saves me heaps of time!

I will not need a refund, super satisfied customer.

One suggestion I do have, having visited your website, is to make it clearer that your prices are single payments for lifetime access.

Regarding the dark theme, I use a big, bright screen.

Though the app is completely offline acts so fast,* and it is the best part of it, but I wish a lot many improvements in UI and photo picker, because, there are no faster preview options and easier hover or ctrl click and faster selection options, it seems a lot of manual work still, I would be more than happy enough, if it seems to bring a lot of more automation and DAM software like picker windows/panels into it.

On a lighter note, I would say to the today's day Microsoft, they should learn from you, how to develop products around customer centric problems.

The one thing I really wanted in the app was a small "i" or "!" next to some of the functions to further explain what they'd do. That could be either a hover over pop up, or a link to documentation. Having said that, the non-destructive nature takes a lot of stress out of things!
